General information

We process users' personal data solely in compliance with the relevant data privacy provisions. This means that user data is processed only where legally permitted – i.e. where data processing is legally prescribed, consent has been provided on the part of the user or on the basis of our legitimate interests pursuant to PDPA 2012.

Personal data such as your name, postal address, telephone number or e-mail address is not recorded unless you provide this information voluntarily, e.g. in the context of a newsletter subscription, an application or an enquiry.

We will only use this data for marketing purposes if you have given your prior consent or – insofar as statutory regulations permit this – you have not raised a corresponding objection.

Accessing our website

When you visit our website, the browser used on your end device automatically sends information to the servers of our website/application, and this information is stored temporarily in so-called log files.

The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:

• The IP address of the requesting end-device
• The date and time of the request
• The name and URL of the requested file
• The website/application from which the request was made (referrer URL)
• The browser you used and where applicable the operating system of your Internet-enabled computer and the name of your access provider.

The legal basis for processing the IP address is PDPA 2012. Our legitimate interest results from the data collection purposes listed below. Please note that the collected data does not give us any indication as to your identity, nor do we use it to draw any conclusions about your person.
The IP address of your end device and the data listed above are used by us to:

Completion, execution or termination of a Yellow Mart contract

Use of content delivery networks (CDN)

Any access to our websites or log files involves the use of the content delivery network (CDN) Amazon CloudFront. The provider is Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. The legal basis is PDPA 2012. In this instance, our legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and efficient operation of our website via a CDN as well as the rapid delivery of required data to the visitors of our website with low latency and high transfer rates. In particular, fonts, images, CSS and JavaScript files as well as PDF documents are delivered via a Cloud architecture with a global server infrastructure.

Contact

When we are contacted (via the contact form or e-mail), the information provided by the user is processed in order to handle the contact request and process it in accordance with PDPA 2012 (to carry out pre-contractual measures).
The user information may be saved in our customer relationship management (CRM) system or a comparable means of enquiry organisation.

In Singapore, we utilise the CRM system "SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer" and "SAP CRM" of the provider SAP on the basis of our legitimate interests pursuant to PDPA 2012 (efficient and rapid processing of user enquiries). For this purpose, we have concluded a contract with the service provider on the basis of PDPA 2012, in which the service provider undertakes to process user data solely in accordance with our instructions and to maintain data protection levels in keeping with Singapore regulations.

Applications

Jungheinrich Singapore welcomes your interest in working for our company and looks forward to receiving your online application.
In this section, we will explain to you how we process data as part of a job application process – in accordance with PDPA 2012.
By accepting our data privacy declaration for our online application process, you agree that the Jungheinrich Group may save and process your data for the purpose of undergoing an application procedure.

Data collection

During your online application, we collect and process the personal application data listed below:

• Last name
• First name
• Address and telephone number
• Email address
• Application documents (covering letter, CV, credentials, certificates, etc.)

Purpose of data processing / transfer

The personal data provided by you as part of a concrete application process is used solely for carrying out the application procedure. Access to your data is granted to the relevant employees of the Jungheinrich Group who are involved in the personnel selection process. The parties involved in the selection process can be employed by different companies of the Jungheinrich Group. As a result, your application data may be transferred within the Group as necessary. Any further use or forwarding of your application data is excluded.

Data security

Your data will be transmitted in an encrypted manner and then stored in a database. Jungheinrich will save and process your data in accordance with the applicable data privacy regulations. Your data will always be kept confidential. All personal details that we collect and process as part of a job application are protected by technical and organisational methods against unauthorised access and manipulation

Applicant pool

If you have applied for a specific position that has already been filled, or if we consider you to be equally or better suited to a different position, or if you submitted a speculative application, we will forward your application within our Group so that you may be considered for future application procedures – provided that you have consented to this processing of your data.

Deletion of data / revocation of consent

Should you withdraw your application, your data will be deleted immediately. If you wish to object to the collection, processing and use of your personal data within the scope of the consent given as part of the application process, please email: hr@jungheinrich.com.sg.

Consent

As part of your application, we ask that you consent to the following:

• Please confirm that you accept our data privacy statement: You consent to the Jungheinrich Group collecting all your personal application data for the purpose of carrying out the application procedure and give us your permission to process, use and transfer this data in accordance with our data privacy statement and the applicable data protection laws.
• Please consent to us using your application for (other) vacant positions / the applicant pool: If your application is unsuccessful, or if you submitted a speculative application, you consent to the Jungheinrich Group passing on your data within the Group in accordance with our data privacy statement and the applicable data protection laws so that you may be considered and contacted with regard to a (different) vacant position.

Your rights as a data subject
As well as your right to revoke any consent you have given to us, you are afforded the following additional rights where the relevant statutory requirements are met:

• Right of access to information regarding the personal data stored by us in accordance with PDPA 2012
• Right to rectification of incorrect data or to completion of incomplete data in accordance with PDPA 2012,

Processing of investor/shareholder data

Categories of processed personal data and data sources

When handling investor-related matters, Jungheinrich Singapore processes the following categories of personal data:

• Contact data (e.g. name, postal address and/or e-mail address)
• Information about your shares (e.g. number of shares)
• Time of conversations and information regarding general meetings (e.g. the list of attendees of a general meeting, which will also include your name if you attended). In addition to actual Jungheinrich shareholders, the term "investors" also includes potential investors and interested parties.

Purpose and legal basis of data processing
We process your data for the purposes stipulated in the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) and other laws, in particular to conduct our general meetings as well as to ensure appropriate communication with you as our shareholder. Jungheinrich Singapore processes only the personal data that is required to fulfil the aforementioned purposes. This data processing is permitted in accordance with PDPA 2012.

Disclosure of personal data
As a rule, your personal data is not transferred to third parties. In exceptional cases, we will grant third parties access to this data if they have been commissioned by Jungheinrich Singapore to deliver services relating to the management of investor matters. These may be auditors, consultants, banks, investor relations service providers and general meeting agencies. The scope of the personal data provided to these service providers is restricted to that required to deliver the relevant service.

Storage period
The data specified above will be erased when it is no longer required to fulfil legal obligations and no statutory retention period applies. As a rule, data collected within the context of a general meeting is subject to a three-year retention period.

Cookies – general information

On our website, we use cookies or other storage technologies (local storage, session storage) of your browser if you have consented to this (PDPA 2012), if a legitimate interest exists on our part (PDPA 2012) or if this is technically necessary. Our interest in optimising our website is considered legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned regulation. Cookies are small files that are created automatically by your browser and stored on your end device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website. Cookies do not cause damage to your device and they do not contain any viruses, Trojans or other malware. The information stored in the cookie is produced in connection with the specific end device used. "jh_medium" cookie for traffic channel tracking

In accordance with PDPA 2012 (legitimate interest in analysing the success of our online activities), we use the "jh_medium" cookie to store general "channel information" concerning your visit to our website. For this purpose, we use a script that we have developed in-house to record the source of your visit so that we can evaluate the success of these channels (example value: "SEO"). The cookie currently has a maximum lifespan of 6 months. This time can vary according to your browser and may be shorter. No personal data is stored in this cookie. In particular, no IP addresses or user IDs are stored, nor is any website usage behaviour analysed.

Google Analytics

If you consented to the "statistics" category via our cookie banner or cookie consent tool (consent according to PDPA 2012), we make use of Google Analytics on our website. This is a web analysis service provided by Google LLC (formerly Google Inc.), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The responsible service provider for the European Union is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland – hereafter referred to as "Google". 

We use Google Analytics primarily to pursue our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of our website and online activities as well as to support the needs-based design and ongoing optimisation of our web presence. To this end, we have concluded a commissioned data processing agreement with Google in which comprehensive data protection is ensured by means of standard contractual clauses.

In this context, cookies are used, pseudonymous user profiles created and information collected. This information includes the following:

• Browser type/version
• Language settings
• Operating system used
• Host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
• Referrer URL (the page previously visited)
• Time of the server request
• Loaded pages (URLs and page titles)
• Events such as PDF downloads, navigation clicks, etc.
• Usage behaviour such as session length, scroll depth, drop-offs

The collected information regarding your usage of our website is combined with a pseudonymous ID (clientID) and transferred to Google servers via an encrypted connection (SSL, HTTPS) and subsequently stored. 

We only use Google Analytics with active IP anonymisation. This means that the user's IP address is truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other countries party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA before being truncated. In addition to Google LLC, with headquarters in California, USA, the transmitted and stored data may also be accessed by US authorities in individual cases and under specific legal conditions.

Google uses this information on our behalf in order to analyse the usage of our website by visitors, to measure the success of campaigns (e.g. via the Google Ads advertising platform), to compile reports regarding the activities on our website and to deliver additional services related to the usage of this website and general internet use. During this process, pseudonymous user profiles can be created from the processed data.

We have configured Google Analytics such that the transmitted data, which is linked to cookies or clientIDs, is automatically deleted after 14 months, at which point only aggregated data remains. Any data the retention period of which has been reached is automatically deleted by Google once per month.

In general, users can prevent the saving of cookies or running of scripts such as Google Analytics by making corresponding settings in their browser software or by using appropriate plug-ins. In this case, however, users may no longer be able to use all features and functions of this website in full. 

If you want to prevent Google Analytics from running, you can do so at any time and with future effect by one of the following methods:

• You can revoke your previously granted consent to data collection at any time and with future effect by rejecting the use of cookies and scripts for statistical purposes in our cookie consent manager.

Google Signals and Google remarketing / DoubleClick

If you consented to the “statistics” and "marketing" categories via our cookie banner or cookie consent tool (consent according to PDPA 2012), we also activate the Google Analytics extension Google Signals on our website. Once again, the provider is Google LLC (formerly Google Inc.), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The responsible service provider for the European Union is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland – hereafter referred to as "Google".

With Google Signals, Google Analytics (see section on Google Analytics) records additional information such as demographic data and interest categories for Google users, who have activated personalised ads in their Google settings. Google links this data with individual signals to enable cross-device analyses. However, Google Analytics only makes this data available in anonymised form as aggregated reports, which enable an analysis of general behavioural patterns. We are unable to personally identify you on this basis.

We use Google Signals to better understand the digital journey of our users and to provide personalised ads to users who have previously visited our website (retargeting). To this end, special target groups or Google audiences are created within Google Analytics, which can then be used as remarketing lists via Google's advertising platform Google Ads and, if necessary, DoubleClick cookies in order to provide cross-device, personalised advertising to selected target groups. In this case, the ads can be displayed in Google's advertising network, which includes Google Search, YouTube, other Google products as well as third-party websites that display ads from Google customers.

For this purpose, Google may use the DoubleClick cookie on websites of the Google advertising network and for specific Google services to assist Google Ads customers and publishers with the placement and management of ads on the web. When you open a website and display or click on an ad placed via websites of the Google advertising network, a DoubleClick cookie may be stored in your browser. The DoubleClick cookie ID assigned to your browser is the same as that used when visiting websites on which DoubleClick advertising programs are used. If your browser already has a DoubleClick cookie, no further DoubleClick cookie should be stored.

Meta Pixel (remarketing service)

If you consented to the "marketing" category via our cookie banner or cookie consent tool (consent according to PDPA 2012), we make use of the "Meta pixel" tool of the social network Meta on our website. The "Meta pixel" is operated by Meta Platforms Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA or, if you are based in the EU, by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta"). This also allows Meta to use the following data for its own purposes:

• Usage data (e.g. visited websites, interest in contents)
• Metadata and communication data (e.g. device type, access times, IP addresses)
• Location data (provided that your end device is transmitting its location)

Purpose of data processing

We use the "Meta pixel" based on the aforementioned consent pursuant to the overriding legitimate interests of the controller (PDPA 2012) for the following purposes:

• Advertising/remarketing:
  The "Meta pixel" allows Meta to assign visitors of our website to specific target groups ("custom audiences" or "lookalike audiences") in order to display specific advertising and content to these users ("Meta ads"). Accordingly, we use the "Meta pixel" to display our placed Meta ads to those Meta users who have shown an interest in our online content or who possess specific characteristics (e.g. interests in specific topics or products determined on the basis of the websites visited), which are transmitted to Meta. 
• Statistical analysis:
  In addition, we use the "Meta pixel" to measure, analyse and optimise the advertising we post on Meta, for example, to understand whether users interact with our website after seeing and potentially clicking on an ad.

No "advanced data matching" takes place and no e-mail addresses are uploaded to Meta (known as "custom audiences from file").

Right to object / revoking consent

By using the "Meta pixel", we also want to ensure that our Meta ads match the potential interests of users and are not perceived as annoying. If you do not agree with this usage and/or wish to object to it, you can do so by adjusting your Meta settings accordingly at: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads. Moreover, you can revoke your previously granted consent to the use of the "Meta pixel" at any time and with future effect by selecting "Change your consent" or "Revoke your consent" under "Cookies" at the bottom of our website.

Microsoft Bing Ads 
On our pages, we use the conversion tracking of Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA. Microsoft Bing Ads stores a cookie on your computer if you have accessed our website via a Microsoft Bing ad. In this way, Microsoft Bing and we can recognize that someone has clicked on an ad, has been redirected to our website and has reached a previously determined target page. We only learn the total number of users who clicked on a Bing ad and were then redirected to the landing page. No personal information about the user's identity is disclosed.
Microsoft Bing cookies are stored on the basis of your consent pursuant to Section 13 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (via our cookie banner). As a website operator, Jungheinrich has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behaviour in order to optimize both the web offering and advertising. Bing Universal Event Tracking (UET) 
On our website, Bing Ads technologies are used to collect and store data from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. This is a service provided by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA. This service enables us to track the activities of users on our website if they have reached our website via ads from Bing Ads. If you arrive at our website via such an ad, a cookie is set on your computer. A Bing UET tag is integrated on our website. This is a code which, in conjunction with the cookie, stores some non-personal data about the use of the website. This includes, among other things, the length of time spent on the website, which areas of the website were accessed and via which ad the users arrived at the website. Information about your identity is not collected.
The information collected is transferred to Microsoft servers in the USA and stored there for a maximum of 180 days in accordance with their privacy policy. You can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website, as well as the processing of this data, by deactivating the setting of cookies. This may restrict the functionality of the website under certain circumstances.
In addition, Microsoft may be able to track your usage behavior across multiple of your electronic devices through so-called cross-device tracking and is thus able to display personalized advertising on or in Microsoft websites and apps. Emails and Newsletters 

You can receive news and current offers from Jungheinrich via our newsletter and emails. If you have entered your e-mail address under the heading "Newsletter", clicked on the "Subscribe" button and confirmed your subscription to us again via the link sent to the e-mail address you entered (double opt-in), we will process and use your e-mail address to send you the requested newsletter on a regular basis.

Within the scope of the registration for the newsletter as well as for sending information to you, we use the marketing automation software Marketo Engage of Marketo EMEA Limited, 4-6 Riverwalk Drive, Citywest Business Campus, Cooldown Commons, Dublin 24, Ireland. For this purpose, we have concluded a contract with the provider in accordance with the PDPA 2012 in which the provider undertakes to process the user data only in accordance with our instructions and to comply with the data protection provisions. A forwarding of the data to third parties is excluded.  

You have the right and the possibility to unsubscribe from the newsletter distribution list at any time. At the end of each newsletter you will find a corresponding unsubscribe link. Alternatively, you can unsubscribe on the website using the link in the footer "Preference Center" or send an email to marketing@jungheinrich.com.sg with the unsubscribe request. 

Personal data processed
With the help of Marketo, we collect data about the use of our website and communication measures in order to optimize our offer accordingly and to conduct email marketing, personalization and sales activities. In doing so, the processing is partly automated with the aim of evaluating certain personal aspects (profiling/customer segmentation). 

The following master data is affected: Customer and prospect data (e.g. name, company, address), business-related data (e.g. role, profession), marketing consents (e.g. newsletter consent), Website usage data (e.g. length of visit, click behavior, number of pages viewed, documents downloaded), data from marketing campaigns (e.g. website visits, webinar registrations), contract and delivery information (e.g. order or delivery date) and customer satisfaction data (e.g. from surveys).

In addition, we store information about the browser you use and the settings made in your operating system as well as information about your Internet connection with which you have accessed our website. Via the newsletter sent to you, we receive, among other things, receipt and read confirmations as well as information about the links you have clicked on in our newsletter. We also store which areas you have visited within our website and in our apps.

Purpose of data processing
With the help of this data, we implement our regular as well as occasion-related email marketing activities such as newsletters, invitations to (digital) events, nurturing emails and automated mailings for example after a whitepaper download (occasion-related event). 

Furthermore, your data may be used for the personalized display of content on our website. Based on your usage behavior, for example, we display relevant web campaigns, recommendations or offer, provided you have given your consent (=agreement) for marketing purposes as part of our consent management system. We can also use targeting data to show your targeted adverts on other online offers via advertising partners. 

To find out which of our company's services are of particular interest to you, we create a contact profile. The contact profile is completed using analytical and statistical methods based on heuristic algorithms. This approach is also referred to as contact scoring and segmentation. For more information, please refer to the Cookies and Tracking section. The data is also used for statistical purposes.

Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your personal data in Marketo and sending emails or newsletters to you is your consent in the contact form (separate checkbox for newsletters) or the newsletter form. Ordering the newsletter is voluntary and the data processing is based on your consent within the meaning of the PDPA 2012.

Contacting  
When contacting us (via contact form or email), the user's details are processed for the purpose of handling the contact request and its processing pursuant to the PDPA 2012 (for the performance of a pre-contractual measure).

The user's details may be stored in our Customer Relationship Management System ("CRM System"), in our Marketing Automation System (Marketo EMEA Limited, 4-6 Riverwalk Drive, Citywest Business Campus, Cooldown Commons, Dublin 24, Ireland) or comparable inquiry organization.

In Singapore, we use the CRM system "SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer" and "SAP CRM", of the provider SAP on the basis of our legitimate interests (efficient and fast processing of user requests). For this purpose, we have concluded a contract with the provider in accordance with PDPA 2012, in which the provider undertakes to process user data only in accordance with our instructions and to comply with the EU data protection level.

In the event that you select the category Investor Relations, Press or HR, we process your data exclusively for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. The data will only be kept as long as it is necessary to fulfill the respective purpose.

Consent Management 
For the collection, storage and management of your personal data pertaining to marketing consents, we use the internet-based service of the provider, OneTrust Technology Limited, 82 St John St, Farrington, London EC1M 4JN, UK (“OneTrust”) to ensure that we can obtain and manage your consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and regulations. OneTrust allows us to be transparent and efficient with your privacy preferences. At the end of each newsletter, you will find a corresponding target link to manage your marketing consents. Alternatively, you can access this via the link in the footer of the website where you have the option of granting or withdrawing your consent and adjusting your data protection settings.

During the registration process, you are asked to provide us with the following necessary information:

• E-mail address
• Title, first name and surname
• Full address of your workplace
• Telephone number of your workplace
• Name and full address of the company at whose instigation or in whose interest you are contacting us.

We require this information to contact you in response to a corresponding request as described below.
The legal basis for the processing of the required personal data is your consent pursuant to PDPA 2012.

As well as the data required for registration, you can provide as with additional information that makes it easier for us to identify you and contact you in response to a corresponding request – for example, the customer number of the company at whose instigation or in whose interest you are contacting us.
The customer number is not required to create a Jungheinrich ID user account. The provision of the customer number on your part is not absolutely necessary for the use of the portal and takes place entirely on a voluntary basis.

Use of other Jungheinrich services

With your access to the myJungheinrich portal, you can also make use of other digital products and different web services of Jungheinrich, depending on the specific business relationship. In this context, please note the applicable data protection regulations, which you can find in the respective data privacy statement. For additional information, refer to our Privacy Policy for Digital Products.

The use of some digital services requires validation of your Jungheinrich ID user account. For this purpose, your Jungheinrich ID user account must be linked to a customer account via a customer number. If you are already a Jungheinrich customer, you can specify your customer number during registration, thus allowing us to assign your Jungheinrich ID user account to the customer account of your organisation.

To complete the registration process, you must choose a password with which to log in to your user account in combination with your assigned user name.

If you request activation of specific services via the myJungheinrich portal, we may use the e-mail address or telephone numbers provided during creation of your user account in order to contact you so that we can confirm the personal data provided during the registration process. Unlike the following communication with you, this takes place without any prior request on your part and is done to prevent abuse of our services. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest according to PDPA 2012.

No other use of your data for advertising purposes takes place.

The information required for registration, such as any additional information provided by you on a voluntary basis as well your user name and password (hereinafter collectively referred to as "access data"), is processed only by Jungheinrich and, where applicable, our associated Group companies.

Your registration data is made available to third parties as described below:

• Your access data is stored only in databases located in various members states of the European Union (EU). The servers hosting the databases are operated on behalf and at the instruction of Jungheinrich by service providers with which Jungheinrich has concluded a data processing agreement according to PDPA 2012. These service providers include the companies specified in section 1. 
• Occasionally, your access data may be accessible to service providers who deliver IT services to Jungheinrich. These service providers will process your access data on our behalf and at our instruction only in these instances and only to the extent required to provide the relevant IT services. Jungheinrich has also concluded a data processing agreement according to PDPA 2012 with all IT service providers.

Consequently, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent as well as our legitimate interest according to PDPA 2012.

Information exchange via the myJungheinrich portal

After you have created a Jungheinrich ID user account, your registration data will be processed only by us and our associated Group companies in order to contact you in response to queries or requests that you submit via the myJungheinrich portal with regard to the products or digital services sold or offered by Jungheinrich or our associated Group companies.

Feedback form

The myJungheinrich portal contains a feedback form, which you can use to inform us whether you are enjoying the myJungheinrich portal in its current version, and to provide ideas and requests regarding functionality and information content that you would like to see in the myJungheinrich portal in the future. To allow us to evaluate the feedback effectively, the following data from your Jungheinrich ID user account will be transferred in addition to the information entered in the form: E-mail address, first name and surname. In addition, a country code is transmitted, which is used solely to assign your feedback to a country. This helps us to record customer requirements on a country-specific basis. If you gave your consent to be contacted about your feedback when completing the feedback form, a Jungheinrich employee may get in touch with you via e-mail.

Deactivation/deletion of the Jungheinrich ID user account

The data collected during the registration process is stored for a period of 6 months. This storage period will be extended for a further 6 months every time you log in to the myJungheinrich portal. 

You can request the deletion of your Jungheinrich ID user account under "Account" in the myJungheinrich portal. In this case, your user account will initially be deactivated for 30 days. You can no longer log in with a deactivated user account and therefore cannot make use of any registered user services. You can request a reactivation of your user account within this 30-day period. To do so, please send a corresponding request to it-servicedesk@jungheinrich.com. Once the 30 days have passed, your Jungheinrich ID user account will be irrevocably deleted.

General information

Based on your consent (PDPA 2012) or on our legitimate interest (PDPA 2012), we may integrate services and content of third parties on our website. These services include social media functions, videos, map services, CAPTCHA services, tag management services and cookie consent tools. Information on how we use the individual services is provided below.

LinkedIn Lead Gen Form

If, as part of our ad campaign, you complete a form ("LinkedIn Lead Gen Form") on the social network LinkedIn and transmit it to us, you will provide us with personal data which we will use for standard advertising purposes – in particular, to contact you by phone and to provide you with information about our products that may be of interest to you. Information on the service provider LinkedIn and on LinkedIn's data privacy statement is provided in the section above ("LinkedIn"). In transmitting the form to us, you consent to the usage of the transmitted data (PDPA 2012).
You have the right to revoke this consent at any time without stating reasons. To do so, please send an e-mail to marketing@jungheinrich.com.sg. Once declared, this revocation will affect the permissibility of the processing of your personal data.

Friendly Captcha

We use the “Friendly Captcha” service from Friendly Captcha GmbH, Am Anger 3-5, 82237 Wörthsee (Germany) on our website. Friendly Captcha is used to check whether data is entered on our website (e.g. in a contact form) by a human or by an automated program. For this purpose, Friendly Captcha collects the following log data:

• The request headers User-Agent, Origin and Referrer.
• The cryptographic puzzle, to solve by your Browser.
• The version of the Friendly Captcha widget used on our website.
• A timestamp.
• An anonymized counter per IP address. The IP address is anonymized by Friendly Captcha using a one-way hash function.
• Friendly Captcha does not ask for other information or personal information, such as your name, email, and online profiles.

The data processing that takes place in connection with the use of Friendly Captcha is carried out for the purpose of being able to guarantee the security of our websites. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the fulfilment of legal requirements to ensure the security of data processing. Google Maps

On our website, we use Google Maps to display our location and create route directions. This is a service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereafter referred to as "Google". 

To allow specific fonts to be displayed on our website, a connection to the Google server in the USA is established when our website is opened. If you access the Google Maps component integrated in our website, Google will save a cookie on your end device via your internet browser. To display our location and create route directions, your user settings and data are processed. We cannot exclude the possibility of Google employing servers in the USA for this purpose.

The legal basis in this case is your consent in accordance with PDPA 2012. The integration of this service subsequently also supports our legitimate interest in optimising the functionality of our website.

The connection thus established to Google allows Google to identify from which website your request originates and to which IP address the route description is to be transmitted. If you do not agree with this processing of data, you can choose to block the installation of cookies by making corresponding settings in your internet browser. In addition, Google Maps and the information obtained via Google Maps are used in accordance with the Google terms of service and the additional terms of service for Google Maps. Google Tag Manager

Based on our legitimate interest (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimisation and efficient operation of our online presence, and as a means of fulfilling transparency and legal obligations within the meaning of PDPA 2012), this website makes use of Google Tag Manager. This is a tag management service provided by Google LLC (formerly Google Inc.), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The responsible service provider for the European Union is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland – hereafter referred to as "Google". 

This service allows website tags to be managed via an interface. Google Tag Manager implements scripts and general services on our website according to defined rules and triggers, and these in turn may use cookies, tracking pixels or similar technologies and also collect data. Google Tag Manager does not itself act as a tracking or analysis service but instead enables integration of such services as well as the inclusion of opt-out scripts (means of objecting) and similar functions. Google Tag Manager thus serves as an invaluable aid when it comes to fulfilling transparency and legal obligations in the sphere of data privacy. For example, based on the consent you may have given via our cookie consent manager, we can use this service to control whether or not analysis or ad services are integrated in our website.

Users have the option of preventing the future transmission of statistical and marketing tags from Google Tag Manager. CookieBot

Based on our legitimate interest (PDPA 2012) in the information of our users and as a means of meeting our transparency and legal obligations, this website uses the cookie consent manager/tool CookieBot. The provider is Cybot A/S, Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark. 

The CookieBot service allows us to provide you with comprehensive information regarding the use of analysis and ad services as well as their cookies and to obtain and manage your consent to data processing. In particular, the following data is collected:

• The truncated (and thereby anonymised) IP address
• The date and time of consent
• Browser information
• The URL from which the consent was submitted
• An Anonymous, random and encrypted key 
• The user's consent status

The data is then stored by CookieBot as proof of the user's consent. The key allows the user's consent to be checked retrospectively. The key and the corresponding consent status are stored in the "CookieConsent" cookie for a period of 12 months. This ensures that the user's settings remain intact for all future page requests on our website without the user having make a new selection upon each visit.

YouTube

If you consented to the "marketing" category via our cookie banner or cookie consent tool (consent according to PDPA 2012), we may use functions of the YouTube service to display and play back videos on our website. These functions are provided by YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave. San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. Additional information is provided in the YouTube privacy policies.

In this case, the enhanced data protection mode is used which, according to the provider, ensures that user information is only stored during video playback. When the user initiates playback of embedded YouTube videos, 

YouTube may employ cookies or other storage technologies to collect information regarding user behaviour. According to YouTube, this is done, among other things, to record video statistics, improve usability and prevent misuse. Independently of any playback of the embedded videos, the integration of the YouTube service may also result in a connection being established to the Google network "DoubleClick", which can trigger additional data processing operations over which Jungheinrich Singapore has no influence.

Jungheinrich does not obtain any personal data as a result of the data processing.
For technical reasons, use of this video function requires access to Vimeo servers. With regard to the associated use of data from your browser or end device, we refer you to the relevant data privacy notices of the provider or of the controller responsible for this aspect of data processing. Excentos product guides

If you consented to the "marketing" category via our cookie banner or cookie consent tool (consent according to PDPA 2012), we employ product guides on our website to provide users with online product advice, thereby facilitating the product selection process and allowing us to offer improved customer service. The provider of the product guides is excentos Software GmbH, Reiterweg 1, 14469 Potsdam, Germany.

The product guides record the activities of the user, such as selected response options and navigation activities in the product guide. This usage data is permanently stored in a web analysis system operated by excentos. No IP addresses are stored in the web analysis system and all stored data is anonymised. In addition, the product guides or the necessary server services collect the IP address and activities of the user based on a balancing of interests in order to protect against cyber-attacks. This precautionary measure is essential for us to be able to offer our services. The data is retained only temporarily in order to identify potential attack patterns. Thereafter, the IP addresses incl. all log data are fully erased. The user activities during a session with the product guide are also recorded. This is necessary for the basic function of the product guide, incl. its interactions and generated recommendations. This data is merely held in the memory but is not stored persistently. 

By using the product guides as well the advice, search and chatbot systems provided on this website, you declare your consent to these conditions. 

When using the product guides integrated in this website, you can prevent the collection of your data by the excentos web analysis system and view or change the status by clicking the following link. This sets an opt-out cookie, which prevents the collection of your data on future visits to this website. Alternatively, you can revoke your previous consent for marketing purposes, in which case the excentos product guides will no longer be loaded on our website.

A transfer of data to third parties only takes place within the scope of the legal requirements and only to the extent described in data privacy statement. Right to object

If the user does not want Jungheinrich Singapore to actively use data for internal purposes, the user is entitled to object to this usage and processing at any time in accordance with PDPA 2012. The user can do so by sending a corresponding e-mail to marketing@jungheinrich.com.sg. The special case of legally prescribed data blocking instead of data deletion in accordance with PDPA 2012 remains unaffected.

All personal data, including payment data, is transmitted using industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. SSL is a secure, tried-and-tested standard which is also used in online banking, for example. You can identify a secure SSL connection by the prefix "https" (i.e. https://...) in the address bar of your browser, or by the padlock symbol in the lower part of your browser window.

Furthermore, we employ appropriate technical and security measures to protect the personal data we have stored against manipulation, partial or complete loss and unauthorised third-party access. Our security measures are continuously enhanced in line with technological advancement.
